Balance

One of the main objectives of Karetta Expeditions is to improve balance and flexibility and educate postural correction in sea kayaking and also in daily life, as a means to maintain good physical condition.

With this course we invite our participants to meet their own physical abilities.

  • Description

    This course is dedicated to learning postural and movement exercises that will help us to balance our body and mind through Yoga, Pilates, Elongation and Natural Movement techniques.

    We impart basics on postural correction and recommend warmup and stretching exercises to perform before starting and after each session of sea kayaking.

    – Previous experience in sea kayaking.
    – To have completed a course before.
